These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Orsa, operated by Bhavy Rastogi ("we", "our", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Orsa.

1. The Service

Orsa is a platform that combines precise Vedic astrology calculations with advanced language processing technology to deliver personalised behavioural insights, forecasts, and guidance. Features include:

• Vakra: An AI-powered conversational guide that uses your birth chart and life context to provide personalised behavioural coaching.
• Red Flags: Weekly behavioural warnings based on current planetary transits to your natal chart.
• Cosmic Calendar: A 30-day planetary forecast with tactical guidance on what to pursue and what to avoid.
• Pattern Detector: Submit life events and discover which astrological transits correlate with them.
• Decoded: A deep analysis of your natal chart revealing your core behavioural patterns and shadow traits.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Eligibility

Orsa is available only to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account, including birth data.
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent limits.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the platform in an automated manner.
• Use the service to harm, harass, or deceive others.
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform's systems through adversarial or malicious inputs.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform-generated content from Orsa without written permission.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, access controls, or rate limits.
• Upload false or misleading birth data to game the system.
• Attempt to replay, forge, or tamper with payment receipts or transaction data.

7. Intellectual Property

The Orsa platform, its design, software, underlying astrological engine, and brand are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Content generated by the platform for you (Vakra responses, forecasts) is provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of the personal information you submit (birth data, life events, chat messages). By submitting this information, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the service.

This processing includes transmitting relevant context to third-party AI providers (such as Google, and potentially OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate Vakra's responses and astrological analyses, exactly as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orsa and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any decision made in reliance on platform-generated astrological content.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
• Loss of data due to technical failures (we maintain backups but cannot guarantee zero data loss).
• Service interruptions or downtime.
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated content, including Vakra responses, forecasts, or analyses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Orsa shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, Delhi, India.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the violation. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Orsa after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
